This beautiful beer is a testimony to many years of hard work and shows true mastery of our brewers. The art and magic of this beer are hidden in the simplicity on the ingredients part, and the complexity of the production procedure. Making a full, balanced and drinkable beer, with only a few, but the best quality ingredients is no easy feat, and surgical precision is essential on every step of the brewing process. With Helles we are paying homage to the brewing heritage, using the old German hop and barley varieties and the traditional production process. The beer is cold lagered in our horizontal tanks for up to 10 weeks, to achieve clarity and stability with no need for pasteurisation or filtration. A clean, crisp, rich and delicious lager with only 4.6% alcohol. Prost!
