Sometimes all you crave is a beer that has a super-smooth aroma and a clean, fruity crispiness, without getting you tipsy after 1 or 3 beers. And alcohol free beer is just not an option. And that´s where Bitz comes in.

Brewed with hops from Australia giving this crisp wunderkind gooseberry, citrusy, floral and above all super fresh aroma and taste.
In hot or cold weather it will quench your thirst like a champ. 
This is the kind of beer that brewers would take to a deserted island. 🏝️

Note from our head-brewer Vasja: Brewing any beer to perfection is hard, but it is easier to brew really good, stronger beer with more alcohol than light beer. It's because there are simply more ingredients that you can include in the picture, and it is easier to achieve a good balance between all the flavours, aromas, textures, aftertaste, and so on.

But once the alcohol content drops below, let's say, 4.5% alc., the brewer gets into the challenge of having less room to keep the balance right and to layer flavours from the ingredients without getting to the point where flavours and aromas collide and fight against each other.

To brew such a tasty light beer is, in fact, quite hard, and this is the sort of challenge that I really like.
