An amazing West Coast IPA that we brewed with our friends from Frau Gruber!
We chose Citra BBC for the job, and have also managed to get our hands on Krush (former HBC586), which is super limited until the 2024 harvest! The hops work extremely well together and bring out the flavours and aromas of pineapple, citrus, berries and stone fruit. The fruity notes are balanced with a delicious and drinkable malt base with caramel, and rounded up with a refreshing and not overwhelming bitterness.
