Die Firma Brauhaus Bevog GmbH, Gewerbepark B9, 8490 Bad Radkersburg, Österreich (Veranstalter) veranstaltet einen Online-Wettbewerb zur Gestaltung des kommenden Bieres in Kooperation mit der Musikgruppe Soulfly.
In Zusammenarbeit mit Soulfly wird ein spezielles Bier gebraut. Das Bier wird auf den Märkten in Österreich, Slowenien, Deutschland und Italien eingeführt. Das Gewinnspiel gilt für Staatsbürger und Personen mit ständigem Wohnsitz in Österreich, Slowenien, Deutschland und Italien. Ziel des Wettbewerbs ist es, originelle Kunstwerke zu erhalten, die auf dem Etikett des kommenden Bieres und bei anderen Werbemaßnahmen für dieses Bier verwendet werden sollen. Der Veranstalter lädt Interessierte ein, über ihre Social-Media-Kanäle und andere Medien ein eigenes, originelles Kunstwerk zu erstellen und es innerhalb des vorgegebenen Zeitrahmens an look@bevog.at zu schicken. Der Gewinner des Wettbewerbs wird von den Vertretern des Veranstalters und der Gruppe Soulfly ausgewählt.
Der Wettbewerb beginnt an dem Tag, an dem er in den Medien veröffentlicht wird, und endet am 21.7.2024. Es werden alle Einsendungen berücksichtigt, die bis zum 21.7.2024, 23:59 Uhr, an die E-Mail-Adresse look@bevog.at geschickt werden. Der Gewinner des Wettbewerbs wird innerhalb von 1 Woche nach Ende des Wettbewerbs ermittelt und benachrichtigt. Jede Person, die sich innerhalb des vorgegebenen Zeitrahmens bewirbt und/oder ihr eigenes Original-Kunstwerk veröffentlicht, gilt als Wettbewerbsteilnehmer (Autor).
Mit der Teilnahme und der Einsendung des Kunstwerks erklärt sich der Autor mit den folgenden Bedingungen einverstanden und akzeptiert diese:
- Der Autor erklärt, dass es sich bei dem eingesandten Kunstwerk um seine eigene Originalarbeit handelt und dass es keine Elemente enthält, die nicht von ihm stammen. Die Verwendung von KI-Tools ist nicht gestattet.
- Mit der Teilnahme am Wettbewerb kündigt der Autor vollständig und unwiderruflich das Urheberrecht für das eingereichte Kunstwerk, überträgt die Rechte daran an den Veranstalter und erteilt diesem das unwiderrufliche Recht und die Erlaubnis, das Design (teilweise oder vollständig) zu verwenden, das Etikett für das Bier zu erstellen, das Bier zu vermarkten sowie andere hier nicht genannte Werbemaßnahmen durchzuführen.
- Die persönlichen Daten aller Autoren werden für die Dauer des Wettbewerbs beim Veranstalter aufbewahrt. Die persönlichen Daten des Gewinners des Wettbewerbs können auf den Social-Media-Profilen des Veranstalters, der Gruppe Soulfly, auf dem Bieretikett und anderem Werbematerial verwendet werden.
- Der Autor ist in dem Land, in dem er seinen ständigen Wohnsitz hat, volljährig.
Der Preis
Der Gewinner des Wettbewerbs erhält an seine Heimatadresse entweder eine Bierauswahl im Wert von 420 Euro oder eine Geschenkkarte im Wert von 420 Euro, die in den Webshops des Veranstalters - bevog.at / bevog.si und bevog.com - eingelöst werden kann.
Über das Bier
Wir werden ein Session IPA brauen. Es handelt sich um einen Bierstil mit einem etwas geringeren Alkoholgehalt, der dennoch eine beträchtliche Menge an Hopfen mit fruchtigen und tropischen Geschmacksprofilen enthält.
Details zum Design:
- Ein digitales Format wird bevorzugt - die Verwendung von KI-Tools ist verboten!
- Mindestauflösung 300dpi
- Akzeptierte Formate .psd/ .pdf/ .ai/ .jpg
- Die endgültige Bearbeitung des Etiketts (Logos und gesetzlich vorgeschriebene Informationen) erfolgt durch den Veranstalter.
- Aufgrund des Formats des Etiketts ist eine horizontale Ausrichtung des Designs erforderlich.

- Avtor izjavlja, da je poslani AUD v celoti njegovo lastno avtorsko delo, in ne vsebuje elementov, ki niso njegovo lastno avtorsko delo. Uporaba AI orodij ni dovoljena.

Terms and conditions for the: "Design your own label for the Soulfly beer!" contest
The company Brauhaus Bevog GmbH, Gewerbepark B9, 8490 Bad Radkersburg, Austria (organiser) is organising an online contest for the design of the upcoming beer in cooperation with the music group Soulfly.
A special beer will be brewed in cooperation with Soulfly. The beer will be launched on the markets of Austria, Slovenia, Germany and Italy. The contest is valid for citizens and persons with permanent residency of Austria, Slovenia, Germany and Italy. The purpose of the contest is to obtain original artwork, which shall be used on the label of the upcoming beer, and within other promotions of this beer. The organiser invites interested parties, via their social media channels and other media, to create their own, original artwork and send it to look@bevog.at within the specified timeframe. The winner of the contest will be chosen by the representatives of the organiser and the group Soulfly.
The contest starts on the date it is published in the media, and ends on 21.7.2024. All of the entries sent to the e-mail address look@bevog.at before 23:59 on 21.7.2024, will be considered. The winner of the contest will be chosen and notified within 1 week of the end of the contest. Every person that applies and/or publishes their own original artwork, within the specified timeframe, is considered as a contest participant (author).
By participating and sending the artwork, the author agrees to and accepts the following terms and conditions:
- The Author states that the artwork they are sending is their own original work, and does not include any elements which aren't their own original work. The use of AI tools is not permitted.
- By participating in the contest, the author fully and irrevocably denunciates the copyright for the submitted artwork, transfers the rights for it to the organiser and gives to the organiser the irrevocable right and permission to use the design (partial or in its entirety), to create the label for the beer, market the beer, as well as other promotional activities not stated here.
- The personal data of all the authors are kept with the organiser for the duration of the contest. The personal data of the winner of the contest may be used on the social media profiles of the organiser, the group Soulfly, on the beer label and other promotional material

The prize
The winner of the contest shall receive to their home address the prize of either a selection of beers in the value of 420 eur, or a gift card in the value of 420 eur, that can be used in the webshops of the organiser - bevog.at bevog.si and bevog.com
About the beer
We will brew a Session IPA. It's a beer style with a slightly lower alcohol content, which still contains a significant amount of hops with fruity and tropical flavour profiles.
