We went old school on this one, and loaded up this DIPA with generous amounts of piney, resiny and citrusy hops. Crisp, bitter and hop-forward, with a clean malt backbone keeping everything in check. No haze, no tropical fruit salad, no messing around - just that classic West Coast hop punch we keep coming back to. A proper hop banger for those who like their IPAs bitter.
